Managers and Supervisors are facing a workforce containing three generations for the first time in history! Each generation has a unique working ethic and goals. Each generation seeks different rewards and has unique expectations.  Managers and Supervisor often struggle because they are not aware of the demands that each generation places on them. Armed with this information, a supervisor or manager is better equipped to understand how each generation should be dealt with.

Professionalism in the Workplace
Many employees are recent entrants into the workplace. They sometimes have limited education and experience before they are thrust into the demanding work environment.
