David is an avid athlete, and has completed Ironman Canada, and many marathons. In one of his paramount team challenges, he skippered a racing yacht in the challenging 2,500 mile Victoria-Maui International Yacht Race.

From my school days at Simon Fraser Elementary School, to my years as a teacher and multicultural education consultant with the Vancouver School Board and as a faculty associate with the University of British Columbia, much of my life has been spent in British Columbia's education system. I have been fortunate to have done volunteer work with a variety of organizations such as: Affiliation of Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies of B.C. (AMSSA), Asian Society for the Intervention of Aids (ASIA), B.C. Law Foundation of British Columbia, Big Sisters, Canuck Place, Richmond Disability Centre, Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre and the Vancouver Recovery Club.
After leaving the Vancouver School District in 1988, I taught in the Faculty of Education at U.B.C. and then joined the City of Vancouver as a Consultant/Trainer with the Employment Equity Office in 1989. From 1990 to 1994 I was the Manager of Training and Programs with the Hastings Institute, City of Vancouver. I specialize in the areas of cultural diversity and human rights.

Pam has a diverse background and experience as a healthcare provider, university professor, consultant and project manager, in Canada, at the federal, provincial and regional levels and internationally in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe. She is certified as a professional facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and is a certified business and life coach with Leadership University. Pam has over 17 years of experience as a professional facilitator and personal and business coach. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Okanagan Professional Coaches Association (OPCA).
Pam enjoys working with people and organizations in transition; and is passionate about creativity and inspiring and supporting others to be the best they can be. She has particular expertise in the health care sector, with different levels of government, research organizations and not-for-profits.
