Sean has a professional background in Business Development and a focus on Marketing Strategies. He brings with him a Sales up / Cost down solution for small to medium sized businesses in all industries. He also has excellent skills in Business Plan creation, Implementation and Cash Flow Management. Sean has 15 years experience in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. Most recently Sean was the Business Development Manager of Ric’s Grill Corporate, a chain of successful Steak & Seafood Restaurants located throughout Western Canada. He played an integral role in the expansion and franchise operations of the business starting from 7 restaurants in 2003 and culminating in 16 Restaurants in 2007.
Prior to moving to Kelowna, Sean spent 5 years working closely with Tourism Organizations as the Harbourmaster of 3 transient municipal marinas located along the Trent-Severn Waterway in Ontario. This is one of Canada’s National Historic Sites, an inland navigation route which took 87 years to build forming a navigable route from Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay. This route is currently travelled by over 200,000 tourist boaters annually.
Sean is a member of the Ski Patrol at Big White, skiing is his passion.
