David has a passion for developing leaders! He has a history of strong Leadership Development, Executive and Leadership Coaching, facilitating and consulting to management. Among his educational qualifications, David holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University. He graduated as a Certified Executive Coach from Kaplan University in Florida and he is Certified in several Professional Assessment tools. He is also Achieve Global Certified (Management and Leadership) and a B.A. Equivalent (Industrial Psychology). David is currently enrolled in a Doctoral Program for Leadership Psychology.

Some of his clients include: Canada World Youth; Human Resources Development Canada; Interior Health, the Province of British Columbia Ministries of the: Environment, Advanced Education and Training, and Forests (Forest Renewal); Okanagan College; and Credit Unions of British Columbia.

David is an avid athlete, and has completed Ironman Canada, and many marathons. In one of his paramount team challenges, he skippered a racing yacht in the challenging 2,500 mile Victoria-Maui International Yacht Race.

Angela solidly supports all women in business. Angela’s expertise is in the marketing and retail merchandising. In addition, her business strategies have always been on the leading edge, and have led her down the path to success. Shawnee Love is a lifelong resident of BC with a passion for people and travel which has brought her around the world and back again to the most beautiful place on earth.  She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Commerce program with a specialization in Human Resources. 

 Over her career leading and managing human resources, she has worked in a broad range of industries and company types and has consistently helped build businesses and grow people.  Cultural Diversity and Human Rights

From my school days at Simon Fraser Elementary School, to my years as a teacher and multicultural education consultant with the Vancouver School Board and as a faculty associate with the University of British Columbia, much of my life has been spent in British Columbia's education system.  I have been fortunate to have done volunteer work with a variety of organizations such as: Affiliation of Multicultural Societies and Service Agencies of B.C. (AMSSA), Asian Society for the Intervention of Aids (ASIA), B.C. Law Foundation of British Columbia, Big Sisters, Canuck Place, Richmond Disability Centre, Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre and the Vancouver Recovery Club.

After leaving the Vancouver School District in 1988, I taught in the Faculty of Education at U.B.C. and then joined the City of Vancouver as a Consultant/Trainer with the Employment Equity Office in 1989.  From 1990 to 1994 I was the Manager of Training and Programs with the Hastings Institute, City of Vancouver.  I specialize in the areas of cultural diversity and human rights.

Christine has had a lifelong interest in and a passion for the development of leaders.  She has worked as an independent consultant and held senior level positions in both health-care and the financial services industry.  She holds an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of BC, a Master’s in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a certificate in the Evidence-Based Coaching program from Fielding Graduate University in California.

Joseph (a Professional Coach since 1999), and achieving his Master Certified Coach in 2011,  brings wide experience and deep understanding of people so that when it is appropriate, in addition to one with one coaching of the Leaders, just the right facilitation is designed, delivered and followed up to make the best positive change stick for corporate groups.
Joseph comes to coaching via 15 years as a Naval Officer followed by 15 years as a business Leader/entrepreneur who has started, revived, grown, bought and sold a number of successful companies. Bringing increased clarity to clients so that they can more easily and quickly make the right decisions is his primary focus. With increased clarity comes greater natural resolve and energy to do the right things.
People are the biggest variable in the success of almost any undertaking. Thus, bringing people to being greater, in their own way, is the success formula that most often produces enduring positive change.
Joseph is a patent holder, a book author, an entrepreneur and a Leader. He received his training and certification, including the ten month Leadership experience, with The Coaches Training Institute and is an active executive member of the OPCA.

Pam Thompson, MSc.

Pam has a diverse background and experience as a healthcare provider, university professor, consultant and project manager, in Canada, at the federal, provincial and regional levels and internationally in Asia, Africa, Latin America and Central and Eastern Europe.  She is certified as a professional facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and is a certified business and life coach with Leadership University.  Pam has over 17 years of experience as a professional facilitator and personal and business coach. She is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Okanagan Professional Coaches Association (OPCA).

Pam enjoys working with people and organizations in transition; and is passionate about creativity and inspiring and supporting others to be the best they can be. She has particular expertise in the health care sector, with different levels of government, research organizations and not-for-profits. Pam combines her innate curiosity and love of design with an ability to connect and work with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. She is skilled at building multi-stakeholder partnerships, process design and facilitation, and in developing strategy.
